BodyBio PC has zero presence of soy proteins - it is the protein component of soy that is allergenic and/or estrogenic. We test each batch through a third-party analysis. Our PC is created using a proprietary extraction process that leaves a highly purified complex of PC, PE, and PI. Due to our extraction process, the final product is an isolated phospholipid complex that forms liposomes, while soy lecithin will not form liposomes in the body. Liposomes pass through the digestive system, allowing nutrients to reach cells directly.

How long will it take to feel the effects?

The results of taking PC are cumulative, and we typically recommend trying it for six weeks to see results.
