BodyBio PC has zero presence of soy protein - it is the protein component of soy that is allergenic and/or estrogenic. We test every batch through third-party analysis. Our PC is created using a proprietary extraction process that leaves a highly purified complex of PC, PE, and PI. Due to our extraction process, the final product is an isolated phospholipid complex that forms liposomes, whereas soy lecithin will not form liposomes in the body. Liposomes pass through the digestive system, allowing nutrients to get straight to the cells.

How long will it take for me to feel the effects?

Results from taking PC are cumulative, and we typically recommend trying it for six weeks to see results.
