USES

• Apply to feet and knees before and after exercise.
• Massage with Deep Blue with a few drops of carrier oil on growing children's legs before bedtime.
• Rub Deep Blue on lower back muscles after a heavy day of work or during a move.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
