Uses

  • Apply to the bottoms of feet at bedtime to help relax before going to sleep.
  • Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath with Epsom salts to create a tranquil and renewing aroma.
  • Diffuse to help promote relaxation and lessen stress.
  • Apply to an aromatherapy necklace to help reduce feelings of anxiety throughout the day.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical Use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
