PerfectAmino® contains the eight essential amino acids the body needs to support and maintain its muscular, skeletal, enzymatic, and hormonal systems. PerfectAmino's essential amino acids are in the exact proportions needed for the body to utilize them to the fullest. *
Take 5 to 10 tablets daily. As an exercise aid, take 5 to 10 tablets 30 minutes before physical activity. For recovery, take 5 to 10 tablets after working out. Take 20-30 minutes before (or 1-2 hours after) eating other foods (protein).
